You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Because skincare, haircare, and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, returned items must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@elynoura.com as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

How to request a return

Email support@elynoura.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ELYNOURA fulfillment error or a damaged/defective product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Exclusions

Gift cards, downloadable products, final-sale items, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons may be excluded from returns.
