We want your ELYNOURA order to arrive with clear expectations from the start.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared for fulfillment within 1–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States shipping

For U.S. orders, standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days after fulfillment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Any applicable shipping charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before payment.

International shipping

Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or local carrier processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number is sent after your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact support@elynoura.com so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
